First off, I'd like to say that this drawing is very lovely and creative. You did a good job with poses and expressions. The coloring, shading and line art could use some work, however.

The line art is rather static and not very confident. I would suggest looking at your favorite artists' work and looking at their lines. You'll find that good line art is confident, and has a good balance of thick and thin lines rather than having the same thickness all throughout.

With shading, don't be afraid to use varying tones--some very dark and some very light. The tones that you use will affect the mood of the drawing.

On Pinky Pie, the shaded tone is a greyish pink. It's up to you, but I would generally avoid using this shade of pink if I were going for a cartoonish happy picture like this because it just comes out as looking slightly bland and it doesn't leave me with a very strong feeling at all. A redder shade of pink might have worked better, but that is just my opinion.

Some of your anatomy can use a bit of work too. If you're really serious about drawing, I'd suggest drawing people from life, or if you can't do that then there are plenty of websites that offer 3D model poses. All in all, excellent for a first effort! I hope to see more from you in the future. you have loads of potential.
